DESCRIPCIÓN: A highly chlorinated caustic cleaner designed to be a low foaming CIP cleaner that will effectively remove protein soils as well as stains from fats and oils at low concentrations. The amount of chlorine in this product will control the bluing found on stainless steel after heat processing of protein-based products.

USO: 

1. Rinse equipment thoroughly with warm water.
2. Make a solution using 1-2oz. Super CIP for each gallon of water used. (1 pound to every 15 to 30 gallons.)
3. Wash by circulating this solution for 15 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 140° to 160°F.
4. Drain System.
5. Acid rinse the systems using Acid #5 at a rate of 1 oz. to 10 gallons of water. (See the Acid #5 label for more information.)
6. Drain system and rinse with potable water.
7. In CIP use, the concentration of Super CIP will vary depending on the soil load of the vessel.
